Cancellation Policy
Customers using EPOSMATIC's SaaS-based POS system can cancel their subscription at any time through the following methods
- Contacting our support team: via email at “support@eposmatic.com” or WhatsApp at “+92 328 5325975”. Please note:
- Subscription cancellations: must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
If cancellation is requested after the billing cycle has started, the customer will be charged for the current month, and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
