Refund Policy

EPOSMATIC follows a no-refund policy for monthly subscripBons. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Annual Subscriptions: If you have purchased an annual plan and request cancellation within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any transaction or processing fees).
  2. System Malfunction: If EPOSMATIC's services experience major technical issues that prevent you from using the software and our support team fails to resolve them within 7 working days, you may be eligible for a refund.
  3. Unauthorized Charges: If you notice an unauthorized transaction, please report it within 7 days for review.

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.



Termination Policy

EPOSMATIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  1. Violation of Terms & Conditions: Engaging in fraudulent activities or unauthorized use of the software.
  2. Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 7 days after the due date, services may be temporarily suspended. If non-payment continues for 30 days, the account may be permanently terminated.
  3. Abuse or Misuse If a user intentionally misuses the system, disrupts services, or engages in unethical behavior.
